Smith Commission: Power to frack onshore oil and gas

One of the new powers which Scotland is expected to receive from Westminster will give Holyrood control over fracking licences.

Environmental groups have said this will be the opportunity to halt fracking for good but the industry has urged caution.

The fifth in a series looking at Scotland's new powers, BBC Scotland's environment correspondent David Miller examines what the Scottish government will do once it has the power to control onshore oil and gas exploration.
