Stephen House: 'I made a mistake' in stop-search
Scotland's senior police officers have been giving evidence to the Scottish Parliament's Justice committee over the controversial policy of stopping and searching children.
Liberal Democrat MSP Alison McInnes said she believed that public trust in Police Scotland was ebbing away after controversy surrounding the issue.
Chief Constable Stephen House admitted an error had been made: "We acknowledge that I made a mistake in the language that I used, I shouldn't have used that language".
