No prosecutions over Edinburgh Legionnaires' outbreak

The Crown Office has said nobody will face prosecution over the outbreak of Legionnaires' disease which killed four people in Edinburgh three years ago.

It said there was insufficient evidence to bring charges against any person or organisation.

Lawyers representing 40 people affected by the outbreak have said it is "crucial" that a fatal accident inquiry is held into the case.

BBC Scotland's Joanne MacAulay reports.
