Scottish Conservatives publish manifesto for Holyrood election

The Scottish Conservative Party has launched its manifesto for the Holyrood election in May.

Leader Ruth Davidson said the party would be the strong opposition in the next Scottish Parliament.

Proposals include scrapping the named persons scheme, holding down tax and defending the Union.
