Scottish Liberal Democrats launch Holyrood manifesto

The Scottish Liberal Democrats have launched their manifesto for the Holyrood election.

Party leader Willie Rennie said education would receive top priority for extra funding, raised by increasing income tax. He also insisted that an increase in the personal tax allowance would help protect the lowest paid.

BBC Scotland political editor Brian Taylor reports from Edinburgh.
