Eric Bogle 'just wants people to sing' his anti-war songs

Eric Bogle left Scotland for Australia almost 50 years ago.

Once there, he wrote two of the most famous anti-war songs of all time "And The Band Played Waltzing Matilda" and "No Man's Land", also known as "The Green Fields of France".

Each song has been performed and recorded so many times, people often assume they are traditional songs from World War One.

BBC Scotland's arts correspondent Pauline McLean has been to meet the singer-songwriter in Edinburgh.
