Theresa May speech in Scotland

Theresa May is visiting Scotland the day before the Scottish Parliament is set to vote on seeking a second independence referendum.

The prime minister is meeting Nicola Sturgeon for the first time since the first minister announced her intention to trigger Article 50.

Ahead of that meeting, Mrs May is making a speech at the Department for International Development in East Kilbride.
