Nicola Sturgeon: I have no plans to go to court

Nicola Sturgeon says she has "no plans" to go to court over Prime Minister Theresa May's move to block another independence referendum.

Holyrood voted in favour of asking the UK government to allow a legally-binding referendum on independence.

The first minister said she believes the matter should be settled politically and not in the courts.
