Isle of Skye company using the sun to make salt

A salt producer on the Isle of Skye is harnessing the power of the sun.

The area's climate means that it can only be produced from April through to the autumn.

The Isle of Skye Sea Salt company trialled the product last year and now they have begun a full season where they hope to produce between three and four tonnes of salt.
