Michael Moore looking forward to 'big debate' on independence referendum
Scottish Secretary Michael Moore said he was looking forward to debating the big referendum issues, but he would not be holding pre-independence talks.
The Lib Dem coalition minister made his remark in an interview with BBC Scotland's Good Morning Scotland programme.
Mr Moore said: "We will not be negotiating in advance, which in fact the Scottish government support us on because, for one thing, we are UK ministers who have responsibility to the whole of the country."
The SNP has criticised Mr Moore's stance, saying progress could be made if talks on post-independence took place now.
