Sturgeon: Independence option should stay 'on the table'

Nicola Sturgeon says it is right to keep the "option on the table" of a second independence referendum following the UK's vote to leave the EU.

In her speech in Stirling, Ms Sturgeon also acknowledged that choosing independence would be a "big decision" in the wake of the Brexit vote.

But she said Scotland had to decide whether it wanted to control its own destiny.
