Scottish independence: PM has 'capacity to change mind'

The UK government is to reject calls for a Scottish independence referendum before Brexit after Theresa May said "now is not the time".

The Deputy First Minister of Scotland John Swinney told Radio 4's Today programme the Prime Minister has "the capacity to change her mind", but if she doesn't she will be "standing in the face of Scottish democracy".
