SNP: Tory immigration will damage Scottish economy

The SNP is to launch its general election manifesto, which will include a plan to invest an additional £118bn in public services.

Deputy party leader Angus Robertson told the Today programme "we want people who are currently here to be able to remain".

"We want the opportunity for people to come and to go," he said, warning the Tories' "restrictive" immigration policy will damage the Scottish economy and public services.
