Borders and Dumfries and Galloway broadband goal sought
Councils in the Scottish Borders and Dumfries and Galloway have teamed up in a bid to secure next generation broadband services for the area.
They fear that without such connections the south of Scotland could be left behind the rest of the country.
BBC Scotland's Cameron Buttle spoke to bid manager Duncan Nisbet and Borders businessman Gordon Brown about the importance of the upgrade.
