Fluent Welsh speaker numbers falling, says Welsh language Board

The number of fluent Welsh speakers is falling by around 3,000 people a year, a new report suggests.

The Welsh Language Board said deaths and people moving from Wales were having the biggest impact.

Felicity Evans spoke to the report's author Hywel Jones on BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales.
