Hugh Brown, 80, celebrates 20th birthday on leap year

Those born on 29 February may age at the same rate as everyone else, but they can always say they have had far fewer birthdays.

Dr Christopher Messenger from the School of Physics and Astronomy at Cardiff University explains why leap year day comes around only every four years.

And Hugh Brown, 80, from Llanfyllin, Montgomeryshire, tells BBC Radio Wales' Oliver Hides about his 20th birthday plans.
