Conwy council accounts held up by resident's challenge

Conwy council's accounts going back three years have yet to be approved because of challenges from a local resident.

Gary Willetts from Llandudno Junction has used his right to inspect the council's accounts, and lodge several objections.

He was prompted to take action after learning of a £1m overspend on a bridge rebuild project.

Chris Dearden reports.
