Champions for Health: NHS staff to 'lead by example'
NHS staff in Wales are being urged to lead healthier lives and encourage their patients to do the same.
The Champions for Health campaign is aiming to get 1,000 staff to make two healthier lifestyle choices.
Richard Hook, an advanced paramedic practitioner with the Welsh Ambulance Service - the father of Wales rugby star James Hook - and Sarah Wynne Jones, head of occupational health and wellbeing at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, spoke to Felicity Evans on Good Morning Wales.
