Police and Crime commissioners: What it means for you

The polls open across Wales on Thursday for a new type of election.

The new commissioners will oversee police force budgets and hold police chief constables to account, but there are warnings that turnout could be exceptionally low.

BBC Wales political editor Betsan Powys explains how it will all work.
