Councils in Wales 'breach' trafficking rules, BBC finds
A BBC Wales investigation can reveal that some councils could be breaching rules put in place to protect victims of human trafficking.
Eighteen out of Wales' 22 local authorities do not have specific policies to tackle the issue.
That is despite evidence to suggest that it is a growing problem across the country.
