Phoebe Bruce begins dislocation hospital treatment
A teenager from Flintshire with a rare medical condition which means her limbs can dislocate up to 18 times a day is set to begin specialist treatment this week.
Phoebe Bruce, 17, from Hawarden, suffers from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and has been hospitalised almost 60 times.
She is travelling to Stanmore Hospital in London on Monday to see a specialist after the Welsh government authorised funding for her care.
Pheobe's father Richard Bruce spoke to Felicity Evans on BBC Radio Wales.
