Bring derelict houses back into use, say surveyors
More should be done to make sure owners refurbish derelict houses, according to the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors.

New figures obtained by BBC Wales suggest that in March last year there were at least 33,000 empty properties - a rise of 10% in two years.
