Wales building jobs to 'fall by a quarter by 2017'
The number of people working in the building industry in Wales will have fallen by a quarter by 2017 compared with a decade ago, a construction trade body has warned.
It says the industry has found itself at the heart of a perfect storm having to deal with a decline in private sector investment and public sector cuts.
BBC Wales business correspondent Nick Servini spoke to Owain Jones of TRJ Construction at a building site in Tumble in Carmarthenshire.
Mr Jones said conditions in the building industry in Wales were "challenging" and the workforce needed to be flexible.
