Wind energy 'could deliver £2.3bn boost for economy'

New research suggests onshore wind turbines could create tens of thousands of jobs in Wales, and inject more than £2bn into the Welsh economy.

That is the forecast from the first report looking at the economic impact of wind energy in Wales.

It was carried out by Cardiff Business School and economic consultants Regeneris.

Economics correspondent Sarah Dickins reports.
