Terry Morgan has gone from being an engineering apprentice at a car parts factory in Cwmbran to the man in charge of Europe's biggest civil engineering project.

Mr Morgan is chairman of Crossrail, which is an east-west rail link being built underneath central London.

His budget is £15bn which is about the same as the Welsh government spends every year.

BBC Wales business correspondent Nick Servini went to meet him and find out what it will mean for passengers when it opens in five years.
