Euro budget cuts: Welsh government fears loss of funds

Whilst European leaders are meeting in Brussels to discuss the EU budget the Welsh government has warned the UK government it is taking the wrong approach.

David Cameron says he will not accept an EU budget deal unless further cuts are made in negotiations, but some warn this could mean Wales will lose out on vital investment funds.
