Budget 2013: Jane Hutt 'disappointed for Wales'
Finance Minister Jane Hutt said she is "disappointed for Wales" by the chancellor's 2013 Budget, despite the Welsh government receiving an additional £104m to spend over the next two years.
Capital spending - which pays for long-term infrastructure and building projects - is being boosted by £161m in Wales.
However, that will be partly offset by cuts in day-to-day revenue funding.
She gave her reaction to BBC Wales Welsh affairs editor Vaughan Roderick.
