Social care bill 'against children's interests'

The Children's Commissioner for Wales has criticised draft Welsh government legislation which is set to transform social services and strengthen powers for safeguarding children and adults.

Keith Towler has described the proposals as being "contrary to the best interests of children in Wales".

Mr Towler will outline his concerns to AMs later on Thursday. He spoke to Bethan Rhys Roberts.
