Missing North Stack climbers: Expert says best can 'come unstuck'

Investigations continue into the deaths of two men found in the sea by search crews looking for a pair of missing climbers on the coast of Anglesey.

A 48-year-old man from Sussex and a 21-year-old from Hampshire were reported missing by fellow climbers near North Stack near Holyhead on Saturday night.

A search involving rescue helicopters and lifeboat crews ended when the bodies were found in the water.

Andy Middleton, founder and director of Pembrokeshire-based adventure company TYF, told Mai Davies of BBC Radio Wales there was an incredibly low accident and death rate because of the experience of climbers and the high standard of equipment.

But he added that even the best climbers could come unstuck.
