Caia Park: 10 years since race riot in Wrexham
This weekend marks 10 years since a race riot erupted on an estate in Wrexham.
Two nights of violence at Caia Park was sparked in 2003 when a group of asylum seekers launched an attack on a pub following an assault of an Iraqi Kurd.
In total, 51 people were charged in connection with the disturbances, which involved children as young as 13.
Since the riot, community leaders have said lessons have been learnt and many projects have tried to make the town more welcoming.
