Council tax and services warning over feared budget cuts

The funding outlook for Welsh councils in coming years is "nightmarish", according to the director of the Welsh Local Government Association, the organisation that represents local authorities in Wales.

Jeff Jones, a local government consultant and a former council leader, said Wales is "probably two years behind the cuts curve" compared to local authorities in England.

He spoke to Oliver Hides at Radio Wales.
