Montgomery Tomlinson curtain firm saved by investor
Staff at a Flintshire curtain company say they are delighted and relieved after a venture capital company stepped in to save the firm.
Montgomery Tomlinson at Bretton, near Broughton, collapsed after earlier attempts to find a buyer failed.
Manchester-based investor Amin Amiri from a2e Venture Catalysts agreed the sale which safeguards 200 jobs.
The investor said he was convinced he could help rebuild the company and, as an incentive, the management team will have a 20% stake in the firm.
