Dylan Thomas's revamped Cwmdonkin Park a 'jewel'
A Victorian park made famous by poet Dylan Thomas is being officially reopened after a £1.4m refurbishment.
The project at Cwmdonkin Park, close to the poet's Swansea childhood home, has been completed ready for next year's 100th anniversary of his birth.
A special performance of Thomas's play for voices Under Milk Wood is being performed to mark the event.
BBC Wales presenter Peter Johnson spoke to Councillor David Phillips, leader of Swansea council, about the improvements to the park, which he called a "jewel".
