Hate crime victims 'often know abuser' survey finds
A new study by Race Equality First and Cardiff University suggests four out of 10 hate crime victims in Wales know their abuser.
The research also found nearly a third of those questioned have considered moving home to escape the abuse.
Simon Green is chair of the Bridgend Coalition of Disabled People and is himself a wheelchair user.
He was interviewed as part of the research and told Felicity Evans on BBC Radio Wales that he had suffered hate crime on a number of occasions.
