David Davies MP sees effects of housing benefits

A Welsh Conservative politician says that the under occupancy charge - which Labour calls the "bedroom tax" - does not work as well in Wales as in other parts of the UK.

Monmouth MP David Davies says that although some people will lose out because of this, he supports the changes made by the UK government to the housing benefit system.
