£107m Harbour Way, Port Talbot link road to M4 opens

First Minister Carwyn Jones has officially opened a £107m project linking Port Talbot and the docks to the M4.

The project is the type that those behind the newly-launched Swansea Bay city region hope can bring more investment to Wales.

The city region scheme covers an area from Neath Port Talbot to all of Pembrokeshire.

BBC Wales' economics correspondent Sarah Dickins has more.
