Powys 'mega dairy' plan gets go-ahead after public inquiry

Plans to build a super dairy milking 1,000 cows near Welshpool have been given the go-ahead despite a planning inspector saying it should be refused.

Planning Minister Carl Sargeant said the economic benefits out-weighed other considerations.
