Wales gets 'ammunition' says Silk
The chairman of the inquiry into the future of devolution in Wales said the Welsh government had been given extra ammunition at its disposal.
Paul Silk said it had an important new power which would cause "lively debate" between the political parties in Wales.
On Friday Prime Minister David Cameron announced new financial powers for the devolved administration.
It follows the publication of a report last year which said the Welsh government should have new tax powers.
