Wales gets 'ammunition' says Silk

The chairman of the inquiry into the future of devolution in Wales says the Welsh government has been given extra ammunition at its disposal.

The chairman of the inquiry into the future of devolution in Wales said the Welsh government had been given extra ammunition at its disposal.

It follows the publication of a report last year which said the Welsh government should have new tax powers.
