Philippines typhoon: Wrexham mother's concern for son, 14

A Wrexham woman is concerned about her 14-year-old son who lives with relatives in the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan.

Divina Alavarta-Hughes from Cefn Mawr says she has heard from her sister that her son Andrei-Prince is safe but she is desperate to speak to him herself.

The house she owned in her home village has been totally destroyed, she added.

Mrs Alavarta-Hughes' daughter Mutaya Donaire filmed some of the damage in Jinalinan.
