Tenerife beheading: Jennifer Mills-Westley's family 'will never have closure'
A daughter of a woman who was beheaded by a man with paranoid schizophrenia on Tenerife says her family will never have "closure" as it is revealed an inquiry will be held into his release from a north Wales hospital.
Bulgarian Deyan Deyanov, 29, killed Jennifer Mills-Westley, 60, from Norwich, in 2011 just months after treatment at Glan Clwyd hospital in Denbighshire.
The Healthcare Inspectorate Wales inquiry follows claims from her family of failings in Deyanov's care.
The Betsi Cadwaladr health board has carried out its own internal review and said lessons had been learnt.
But Sarah Mills-Westley, one of the victim's daughters, told BBC Wales the family wanted to be sure such a tragedy could never happen again.
