Welsh councils £3.7m spring snow bill
Heavy snow in Wales last March cost Welsh councils an extra £3.7m to keep roads open and repair the damage after the thaw.
Some local authorities were forced to dip into cash reserves to meet the bills, with Flintshire alone left to find £1.15m.
Chris Dearden visited one of Conwy's highways depots in Llandudno Junction to find out how Welsh councils have been squeezed by the unexpected weather in spring.
