Lord Kinnock: PM 'in a corner' on EU
Prime Minister David Cameron has promised that if he is successful at the next general election there will be a referendum on Britain's relationship with the EU.
But Mr Cameron has got himself "into a corner" on the UK's relationship with the EU, says former vice-president of the European Commission Lord Kinnock.
The former Labour leader told Vaughan Roderick on BBC Wales' Sunday Supplement programme the promised referendum had created "very serious instability".
