Richard Parks: South Pole ski 'pushed me to limit'

Former Welsh rugby international Richard Parks said his record-breaking journey in Antarctica has "pushed him to the limit".

Parks has claimed a British record for the fastest solo journey to the South Pole.

He skied the 715 miles (1,150km) from the Antarctic coastline in just under 30 days taking ten days off the existing record.

Speaking from Union Glacier, the base camp in Antarctica, he told Felicity Evans on Radio Wales how he was feeling.
