Wrexham £250m super-prison vote awaited
Plans for a super-prison in Wrexham could move a step closer if councillors give it their backing on Monday.
Initial planning permission is needed for the jail which would house 2,000 inmates.
There are a number of objections from local people and environmental groups but others say it will deliver a boost to the economy.
