Williams Commission to recommend Welsh councils merge

A report recommending councils in Wales be reorganised through mergers will be published on Monday.

The Williams Commission is expected to call for a cut in the number of councils as part of a review into public services.

New councils should also be within current health board and police force areas, the report is understood to say.

BBC Wales political editor Nick Servini spoke to Olive Hides.
