Care bill 'lacks detail' says Welsh Lib Dem Kirsty Williams
A bill aimed at overhauling social services in Wales and making access to care equal no matter where you live has been criticised for a "lack of detail".
The Welsh government said the Social Services and Wellbeing Bill, which is debated in the assembly on Tuesday, is the most significant reform of the law in the past 60 years.
But it has been criticised by opposition politicians, including Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams, for a lack of detail on how it will be funded.
BBC Wales political reporter James Williams reports.
