Workers need to adapt skills and retire later, report says

The gap between Wales and the wealthiest parts of the UK is in danger of getting worse unless workers are willing to change careers, retire later and adapt to new technology, a report has said.

The study by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills says that while highly-skilled, highly-paid professionals will push for a better work-life balance, other people will experience increasing job and income insecurity.
