Bethan Jenkins: Pupils' financial education patchy
A politician is calling for a law to promote financial education in Wales, which she says is "patchy".
Plaid Cymru AM Bethan Jenkins said the time devoted to the subject varied from 180 hours over three years to almost nothing.
A six-week consultation on her proposals is beginning on Monday.
She told BBC Radio Wales' Felicity Evans pupils need to have the skills to cope financially in society, including things like paying rent and managing student loans.
