Businesses in Wales 'more positive' for 2014, says survey
Businesses are becoming more confident about the Welsh economy and many expect to see an increase in profits, a survey has said.
But the South Wales Chamber of Commerce (SWCC) report also found that Welsh exports were not keeping up with other parts of the UK.
The figures are based on 660 responses from 1,200 members.
SWCC director Graham Morgan said businesses in Wales were looking "more positively for 2014".
Peter Lewis, managing director of Newport-based manufacturer Industrial Automation and Control, added big businesses needed to start spending money.
They spoke to BBC Wales business correspondent Brian Meechan.
