Paralympics aim for four-wheeled mountain bike
An engineer from Swansea, who spent a year in a wheelchair after a climbing accident, has developed a four-wheeled downhill mountain bike in the hope it will one day be used in Paralympic events.
The bike, made with the latest aerospace and Formula 1 technology, is made from two mountain bikes joined together with a seat in the middle.
Creator Calvin Williams said he hopes it will eventually allow disabled athletes the ability to compete against able-bodied competitors.
David Grundy reports.
